Answer This fan can be cleaned by brushing around the inside of the casing with a ceiling fan duster. We suggest you use the kind that has enough "fluffy" material to get into the crevices of the casing.

Answer The wobble you are seeing is perfectly normal for this fan, because it is one piece (instead of separate blades), when it rotates around the shaft a slight wobble always occurs. There is no need for concern unless the wobbling gets severe or the downrod itself is moving which may indicate it is loose.

Answer The LUMIO can be installed in a damp location such as a covered porch as long as there will be no direct exposure to water such as rain etc. However, the airflow projected may be considerably weakened when the space is not enclosed by walls.

Answer Unfortunately we do not have any longer downrods available for this fan. However you should not have a problem finding one that works at your local department store such as Home Depot, Lowes etc. The diameter is pretty much standard (1 inch) and you'll just need to make sure the holes are the same as the downrods included.

Answer Yes, the LUMIO can be used in a covered outdoor location.
The airflow may be considerably weaker if the fan is installed in an open space with no walls. However if all you need is a light breeze it may do the job

Answer It is normal for these fans to have a slight wobble, I would not be concerned unless the wobble is severe or if the downrod itself is wobbling which might indicate it is not fastened properly to the ceiling.

We don't have an exact decibel number for this fan however from experiencing the fan first hand I can say it's not audible at all on the slowest speed and on the highest speed you can definitely hear it as it creates quite a powerful airflow. I hope that helps.
