Return Policy

Returns have never been this easy. 

We strive to provide only the highest quality products and are committed to our customers full satisfaction. If you purchase anything and decide to return it, the cost of return shipping is on us! We'll send you a pre-paid return label. Returns are accepted for 30 days after purchase.

What Can I Return and How Much Does It Cost?

Any product that has not been installed can be returned within 30 days and the shipping is prepaid by TodaysFans providing that:

  1. The merchandise was not installed and must be in the original condition it was received.
  2. The product to be returned must be in its original packaging with no new writing on the package.

Custom orders may not be returnable (it will be noted on the product page if it is a custom order).
Return shipping is only paid for by TodaysFans within the contiguous 48 states of the USA (not Alaska and Hawaii). Additionally, for orders outside the contiguous USA, any shipping costs incurred in shipping the product to the customer may be deducted from the refund.

In the event that a product is received damaged or defective in any way, we will provide a full refund or replacement upon request and the return shipping will be covered by Todays Fans up until 1 year after purchase.

How do I return my product?


In order to return a product please follow the instructions below:

Contact us by sending an email to returns@todaysfans.com to obtain return authorization. The request must be made within 30 days of receiving the product. Once approved you will receive an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number.
Repack the product(s) for return and include all original packaging. Include the RGA number on the shipping label for easy processing once the shipment arrives at the warehouse. 


Returns must be shipped via FedEx, or UPS, or any other service that provides a valid tracking number and returned in its original carton, including all packaging materials and accessories, and have no markings or writing on box.
Once the order is received by the warehouse in its original condition you will receive an email confirming your refund and the payment will be issued back in the same method used for the original order.
