Returns have never been this easy.
We strive to provide only the highest quality products and are committed to our customers full satisfaction. In the event that a product is received damaged or defective in any way, we will provide a full refund or replacement upon request and the return shipping will be covered by Todays Fans. This applies even if the problem is only noticed after installation and up until 1 year after purchase. If the product not damaged or defective, we will accept returns provided the following conditions are met:
- The merchandise was not installed and must be in the original condition it was received.
- The product to be returned must be in its original packaging with no writing or labels on package.
- Any shipping costs incurred in shipping the product to the customer will be deducted from the refund. Within the USA, the shipping costs deducted will never exceed $45.
- Special or custom orders from the manufacturer usually cannot be returned.
In order to return a product please follow the instructions below:
- Please contact us either by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 845-531-5205 to obtain return authorization. The request must be made within 30 days of receiving the product. Once approved you will receive an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number.
- Repack the product(s) for return and include all original packaging. Include the RGA number on the shipping label for easy processing once the shipment arrives at the warehouse. Simply write the Return Authorization number on the address label.
Returns must be shipped via FedEx, or UPS, or any other service that provides a valid tracking number and returned in its original carton, including all packaging materials and accessories, and have no markings or writing on box.
Once the order is received by the warehouse in its original condition you will receive an email confirming your refund and the payment will be issued back in the same method used for the original order.
